These notices and disclaimers govern your use of our website, www.khushbu.co.uk. We do our best to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and helpful at all times. However, we cannot ultimately warrant the accuracy of any information and cannot be held liable for any use or reliance you may make of or put on it except as specifically agreed with us in any further agreement we may make with you in writing.

We do our best to ensure that the website operates properly at all times, but we make no warranties as to the availability or accessibility of the website, and (save as otherwise set out in these notices and disclaimers) we will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website.

Any link (be it a hypertext link or other referral device) used on the website is provided solely for the use and convenience of the visitor. The link does not represent any endorsement or recommendation by us and does not mean that we have any association with the linked website. We are not responsible for the content of any websites that have links with the website or for the legal consequences of your entering into any contracts with the third parties that provide these linked websites and we do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense, costs or liability whatsoever incurred by you as a result.

Nothing within these conditions operates so as to exclude, limit or restrict our liability for death or personal injury. Nothing in the above exclusions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. All Intellectual Property Rights and goodwill in or relating to the contents of the website belong to either ourselves or to our suppliers. In particular, the trade marks displayed are registered and nothing contained in these conditions or the website should be construed as granting by implication, estoppels, personal bar, or otherwise, any licence or right to use any of the trade marks without our permission.

You may not reproduce part or all of the contents of the website in any form unless it is for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy or otherwise incorporate into or store in any other website, electronic retrieval system, publication or other work any of the content of the website in any form (whether hard copy, electronic or other).

You may not frame or link to the website or any part of it without our express permission. The interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of this agreement shall be governed by English Law, and you and we agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of disputes.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with the items you buy from Khushbufashions. But if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of the items you have ordered from Khushbu Fashions, we advise the following to ensure a prompt and efficient refund or exchange.

How to return an item?

Firstly, you must notify Khushbu Fashions within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please see How to return an item and download a return form, this is really important as it will be used to track and progress your return, refund or exchange at Khushbu.
Please note that any items returned without a return form will not be processed. Enclose the return form inside the parcel and post to the address given in the return form.
We strongly recommend you use a tracked service to get items back to us - neither Khushbu Fashions nor any third party supplier can be held responsible for returned items that go missing in transit. We will process your return as soon as we can – in most cases within a few days, but always within 28 days of receipt.

Exchange in the unlikely event that you would like to exchange an item, we maybe consider to send the first exchange at free shipping to you. Any subsquent exchange is not be allowed (unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged)

Refunds

Refunds are always processed promptly once we have received the returned product. However please note that there can be a delay of up to 10 days between our processing the refund to your card and it showing on your bank or card statement. This is how the banking system operates and is outside our control. The cost of your item will be refunded to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase or by cheque. Delivery charges are not refunded, unless the item was deemed to be faulty when received.

If an item has been modified, misused, damaged and / or is not in resalable condition we will not be able to provide a refund / replacement. When returning goods they must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Goods must be returned in the condition received. If you receive the wrong items: In the unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact our customer services team who will instruct you how to return the item. Please remember that:

  • A return form should be downloaded and filled in so that it can be processed by our warehouse.
  • We cannot process any returns without a return form.
  • We cannot despatch a new item unless we have received the wrong item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.
  • We will refund any shipping costs you incur provided that the item is in new and unused condition when we receive it and you have fullowed our return instructions.

Unwanted item is an item purchased and deemed unwanted by the purchaser. The item must be returned unopened, and in re-sellable condition. If the item has been opened, or the item has been modified, used, or damaged we will not be able to provide a refund / replacement.

We have a strict policy of NO refunds on sale items.

Faulty items

A faulty item is one that is faulty due to manufacturing fault only. If the item has been misused, abused, damaged through use or otherwise modified we will not be able to provide a refund
If the product is faulty we will issue you with an Returns reference number and advise you on the most suitable way to return the goods. Please remember that:

  • Faulty products that were purchased over 30 days ago - we cannot issue refunds for products that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • We will replace faulty items provided that the fault is not the result of misuse. Please see faulty products as a result of misuse section for more information.
  • If the product is not available for replacement we may (at our choice) either substitute it with a similar style or offer you vouchers which equal the purchase price of the item (if purchased within the last 30 days).

Faulty products as a result of misuse:

  • We can not replace or issue a refund for a misused product.
  • We will return the misused item back to you if you are happy to incur the administration & shipping costs of £9.95 (this does not include any collection costs or international shipping costs - if we have arranged for a specialist courier to collect the item or we need to return it abroad, the cost will be additional).
  • We will hold the product for a maximum of 30 days, after this period we will dispose the item.

Lost parcel

If you haven't received the items within the expected delivery times as specified by the selected delivery service please contact our customer service team. We’ll let you know when the items were despatched and contact the courier to establish where your parcel is.
If after seven days from despatch date and you still haven`t received your items we will despatch a replacement parcel at no cost to you.
Lost or damaged parcels must be reported in writing/email within 7 days of placing the order. We cannot offer any compensation for lost parcels not reported within this period.

Changes to Website and Term and Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to the website, these Terms and Conditions, the Website Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and such other policies as we may notify you of time to time.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you order items using the website. Changes which we are required to make by law could apply to orders which you have already made.

If any of the terms and conditions forming the contract between us are deemed invalid void or unenforceable for any reason, they will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
